The FABA Fest HBCU Battle of the Boats is a team-based fundraising competition and boat party with a purpose! 

Alumni teams will raise funds for student scholarships at their respective college or university for 4 weeks leading up to the festival in Barbados. At the culmination, the Alumni team with the most funds raised, wins the Battle of the Boats.

100% of the proceeds from the online fundraising campaign will benefit the Alumni team’s college or university.

On June 17, the Battle will move to the water and the Alumni teams will also compete for bragging rights as the "livest" boat. Other alumni and festival attendees can participate by purchasing a spot on the boat.
