For Alumni, By Alumni Incorporated’s mission is to celebrate and illuminate the HBCU experience and the undeniable alumni excellence it produced, by fostering alumni engagement and giving. Our inaugural festival - FABA Fest - combines the beauty, power, and energy of the HBCU experience with the vibrant culture and island vibes of Barbados. 

Festival Goals:

• Curate a community-centered, culturally-rich and impactful travel experience for HBCU alumni, friends and advocates

• Strengthen the global HBCU alumni network

• Raise funds for HBCU students and encourage HBCU alumni giving

• Increase awareness of HBCUs throughout Barbados and the Caribbean
