Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in the very first HBCU Battle of the Boats and help raise funds for your favorite HBCU! The FABA Fest HBCU Battle of the Boats competition is a team-based fundraising campaign and boat party with a purpose! Alumni teams will raise funds for student scholarships at their respective college or university for 4 weeks leading up to the festival in Barbados. At the culmination, the Alumni team with the most funds raised, wins the Battle of the Boats. On June 17, the Battle will move to the water and Alumni boats will also compete for the title of the "livest" boat. Festival attendees can participate by purchasing a spot on the boat. 100% of proceeds of the online fundraising component will benefit the Alumni team’s college or university FOR ALUMNI, BY ALUMNI INCORPORATED IS AN INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION and IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH AND DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY OF THE COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES WITH ALUMNI TEAMS PARTICIPATING THE BATTLE OF THE BOATS
